Program
Classes
Two gi sessions and three no-gi sessions per week for adults, plus competition training and Saturday open mat. Come to what fits your life — the schedule is built so a 2-day-a-week student can hit every part of the curriculum without doubling up.
Adult Fundamentals (Gi)
Positions, escapes, and core submissions taught in slow reps with detailed coaching. You do not need to be in shape. You do not need any prior experience. If you have never touched a mat, this is where you start.
Length: 60 min
Frequency: 1 time weekly
Adult All Levels (Gi)
Warm-up, one or two techniques from the current curriculum block, positional sparring, and live rolling to close. White through black belts on the same mat. Belts are visible; egos aren't.
Length: 60 min
Frequency: 1 time weekly
No-Gi
No kimono. Faster pace, more wrestling, more scrambles. Modern leg-lock literacy taught progressively — you learn how to defend before you're taught how to attack.
Length: 60 min
Frequency: 3 times weekly
Competition Team
Invitation-based training group prepping for IBJJF, New Breed, ADCC, and local tournaments. Extra rounds, video review, coach-led travel to events.
Length: 60 min
Frequency: 2 times weekly + open mat
Open Mat
Saturday morning. Show up, warm up, roll with whoever's there. Visiting grapplers welcome — bring a gi and introduce yourself.
Length: 60 min
Frequency: Saturday
